Shipping is available in every U.S. state and Washington, DC. Transit times begin after dispatch and depend on carrier availability and destination. Backordered items have an estimated availability of 7–10 days and ship once available.
Bulk order shipping
SubV Bulk Creator orders include free 2-day shipping. Overnight shipping is also available for $39.99. Transit timing depends on carrier availability and destination.

Addresses and fulfillment problems
Please check your full U.S. address, state, and ZIP code before submitting. Orders sent to an incorrect address you supplied may not be replaceable. Report an incorrect or damaged order promptly with photos where relevant, and we will work through it with you.
Returns
Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on storage and handling, opened vials and any item that has left our control cannot be returned or resold. Unopened items may be considered for return only by prior arrangement with us.
If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or materially out of specification for its lot, contact us with your order number and we will replace it or credit the order.
