Who this notice covers
This notice applies to Subversion RX, the operator of this site, and to the account, ordering, support, and email features offered here. It covers visitors, registered account holders, and customers.
What we collect
- Account and shipping details you enter: name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state or region, postal code, and country.
- Order records: items and quantities, shipping method, totals, order status, tracking numbers, and invoice and payment status for your order.
- Support chat: the messages you send in the chat widget and our replies, kept with the conversation.
- Contact-form emails: your name, email address, selected topic, optional order number, and the message you submit.
- Basic visit data used to run live support: the pages viewed in a session and how long the session has been active.
- Email delivery records for the notifications we send you, such as order tracking and account emails.
- Meta Pixel event data such as pages viewed, browser and device information, referral information, and identifiers Meta uses to measure advertising performance.
We do not take card numbers and we do not hold your wallet keys. We do not sell personal information.
Why we use it
To confirm and ship orders, verify payment, send account and tracking notifications, answer support requests, keep order history available in your account, and detect misuse.
We rely on the following grounds: performing our contract with you (account, order fulfilment, tracking, support), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security, service improvement), your consent where you volunteer information in chat or optional fields, and compliance with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Cookies and similar technology
We use required browser storage to run the site: a session token that keeps you signed in, your cart contents, and a short-lived identifier that lets live support see which page a visitor session is on.
We use Meta Pixel to measure page visits and advertising performance. Meta may use cookies and similar identifiers according to Meta’s own privacy terms. You can limit or block this tracking through your browser’s privacy, cookie, or content-blocking settings. Clearing all browser storage will also sign you out and empty your cart.
Who processes it
Data is stored in the hosting and database platform that runs this site, and email notifications are sent through our email delivery provider. Shipping carriers receive the delivery details needed to carry your parcel. Support-chat alerts may be forwarded to our internal team messaging tool. Meta processes Pixel event data for advertising measurement.
Contact-form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to support@subversionrx.com. FormSubmit retains a submission archive for thirty days. Please do not include payment details, passwords, or sensitive health information in the form.
Retention
Account and order records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes. Chat transcripts and visit records are kept for support review and then removed.
As a guide: order and payment-reference records are kept for up to seven years for accounting purposes, support chat transcripts for up to twelve months, visit-session records for up to thirty days, and email delivery logs for up to twelve months.
Your rights and choices
You can view and edit your name, phone number, and shipping address at any time in the Account tab. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us with the email address on your account. Deleting an account does not remove records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correct inaccurate data, restrict or object to certain processing, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We aim to respond to requests within thirty days and may ask you to verify ownership of the account first.
International transfers
Our hosting, database, and email providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate infrastructure. Where data leaves your country, we rely on our providers' standard contractual protections for that transfer.
Children
This site is intended for qualified research purchasers only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
Access to customer records is limited to accounts with an administrator role, and protected data is only served to a signed-in user for their own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us through the support chat or the email address used for your order correspondence.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, and material changes affecting how we use your information will be notified by email to account holders.
