When will support get back to me?
Send your order number and a short description of the issue so our team can investigate. You can also leave a message through the website’s support chat.
Where can I see my tracking number?
Sign in to your account to see order status and shipping updates. Once tracking is added, it appears there and an email notification is sent.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the problem and help with a replacement or credit under our shipping and returns policy.
How do I check product quality?
Use View COA on the product listing for available testing documentation. Include the product name and lot number when asking about a specific batch.
Can I buy a bundle or bulk order?

What should I do if payment fails?
Check your billing information and try another supported payment method. Your bank may be able to explain a decline. Contact support for checkout help, but never send card numbers or security codes.
